We strive to complete every device setup or cord cutting consultation successfully in one call. If we are unable to resolve your issue through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Your setup issue was not resolved and no resolution path was identified
• You were charged without receiving a service session

Refunds are generally not available if:

• The setup was completed successfully during the session
• You declined to follow the setup steps provided
• More than 7 days have passed since the service session
